Online booking is preferable. Longer consultations are available and recommended if:

you have more than 2 issues to discuss

you have complex matters to discuss

Skin checks

6 week postnatal check 

full check-ups

mental health plans

care plans

If you are unsure of how much time you require please ask our reception staff.

 

 

Fees

We are fully bulk billing following appointments for all patients with valid medicare cards :

standard appointment

long appointment

telephone appointment (You should have visited practice once or more in last 12 months for teleconsult to be bulk billed) 

health assessments

care plan and reviews

 

All skin procedures, skin checks, iron infusion, pre- employment medical, WorkCover, driving Medical’s- there would be private /gap fee

Please discuss if you have any financial hardship with your GP 

 

Some gap billed procedure consultations (for patients with valid medicare card) may receive a rebate from Medicare. We are able to arrange for this rebate to be deposited into your account upon full payment of  fee. Charges vary depending on the length of time for prcedure and the complexity of your medical condition.

Cancellation fees:

We understand that situations arise when you are unable to attend appointment .Please let our reception staff know minimum 4 hours before appointment for cancellation or through online booking system .This is to make sure that other patients are able to book in same time slot.We can happily reshedule your appointment if you let us know beforehand .

However,if you do not cancel within 4 hrs of scheduled appointment or no show for your appointment ,cancellation fees of $40 would apply . Any pending cancellation fee will required to be settled before your next scheduled appointment .
